Yes. Cancel any time. You retain your premium features until the end of your annual billing period, then automatically return to the free plan. Your vault, your data, and your history remain completely intact — nothing is deleted.
The full audit log shows you every business that has accessed your profile, exactly which fields they received, and the date and time of each access. Free users receive a basic notification only. Plus and Pro users see the complete picture.
Never. Every business data push into your vault requires your explicit approval before it is accepted. Every appointment request sits as pending until you approve or decline it. Nothing enters your vault or calendar without your say.
ZipFields Calendar is available on the Pro plan and syncs with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple Calendar. Your document expiry dates, renewal reminders, and approved appointments all appear in whatever calendar you already use.
On the Pro plan, connected businesses can request to push structured records into your vault — your mechanic can push your last service date, your doctor can push your current medications and dosages, your lawyer can push key matter dates. You approve every push, and you can edit or remove any record at any time.
When a dependant reaches adulthood, you can initiate a vault transfer from your account. The dependant receives an invitation to create their own independent ZipFields account and accept ownership of their vault. Until the transfer is accepted, you remain in control. Nothing is transferred without action from both parties.
